What’s included in GALAXY
In the Full Comprehensive contract “GALAXY” includes all electrical and mechanical parts of elevator, but limited to Main Motor, Main Drive, Main & OSG steel wire ropes, Cabin Fan, Batteries, Elevator Enclosure including Flooring, Bulbs including LED lights and Fluorescent tubes, Elevator Car and Landing door panel(s)/Gates and vandalism/broken of any item(s) including electrical and mechanical parts of elevator. If original parts or components are not available, the parts or components fitted will be of equal quality and functionality. S&G will try to do repairing of Main Motor & Main Drive if possible on its own cost.
- Covers 12 Month Periodic Servicing of Lift per year to enhance the life cycle of the elevator.

- 24X7 Technical Support in case of Emergency Rescue Operation.
We shall send our staff to attend elevator/elevators breakdown with asap time after receiving the breakdown information from a responsible/authorized person from your side, subject to availability of mechanics and normal working condition in a particular area.
