What’s included in STAR
In the Oil & Greasing contract “STAR” includes maintenance and services of lift with chargeable basis call back/breakdown. It does not include the cost of parts/components and labour charges. Any part needs to be replaced, we will submit a separate proposal to the customer and will carry out the work accordingly. Our experienced staff shall attend any paid service call on working days to check-up. Your elevator as well as to clean oil grease and to adjust parts if necessary.
- We shall send our staff to attend elevator/elevators breakdown within 2-4 hours after receiving the breakdown information from a responsible/authorized person from your side, subject to availability of mechanics and normal working condition in a particular area.
